Axew (Kibago) is a Dragon Type Pokemon introduced in Generation V and is a Tusk Pokemon Species.  It has the ability of rivalry which can raise the base power of a move by 25% if the foe and user are the same gender, but if the foe and user are not the same gender, the base power will be reduced by 25%.   It also has a Mold Breaker ability which will allow the Pokemon's moves to strike through opposing abilities! Iris, a girl from the Isshu region who is a traveling companion of Ash, owns an Axew.   At level 38, Axew will evolve into Fraxure (Japanese: Onondo) which will then evolve into Haxorus (Japanese: Ononokus) at level 48.
