Return Policy

You may return your your un-opened, factory sealed items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns due to our error, we will ship the correct item along with a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Clearance items are not returnable, they are sold "as is".
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: you'll receive up to 50% of item's price

If the reason for the return is not a result of our error, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please email us through the Help Desk in your customer account area.

Click on View Previous Orders
Click the order number for which you would like a return, scroll to the bottom of the page under Returns.
Click the bolded link that reads "request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)". Follow the instructions and submit your request.

We will respond with an RMA number. Include the RMA number on your return.
