You will normally receive 2 emails from us.
If you do not receive your order confirmation email or order shipped email from us, please check your spam, junk or trash folder to see if our email was caught in your spam filter.
If after checking there, you do not have the email, please email us by clicking here and we will resend the email.
Please ensure that your email address is correct.
Orders are normally processed within 48 business hours. Any order placed after 8:00am EST will start processing procedures on the following business day.
Once the order has been processed, the package will be shipped using the shipping method chosen by the customer.
Items shipped by standard delivery methods should be received within 10 business days.
If you have chosen express delivery, you should receive your item within 5 business days.
Packages are shipped Monday - Friday between 9:00am EST and 5:00pm EST during standard business hours. There is no shipping on weekends and holidays.
Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, such as lost or misrouted packages due to USPS error, extreme weather conditions, or credit card authorization problems.
In these rare situations, the delivery time can be delayed a bit and expected shipping times are not guaranteed.
We do everything within our control to expedite every order.
Returned Shipments - Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, etc.
The customer is responsible for making sure the shipping address is correct. Shipments returned to us by the carrier
(undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, etc) will require a new shipping charge to be re-sent.
We reserve the right to re-send or refund the shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Our shopping cart quotes real-time shipping and handling fees. However, VideoGamefigures.com reserves the right to adjust the shipping fee, if the shopping cart quote is not sufficient to cover the actual shipping charge.

Please note: All International Orders will only be shipped to the billing address on file with your credit card company or with Paypal.
This means any order with a billing address outside of the United States or with a U.S. billing address but a shipping address outside of the U.S.
We do our best to accurately describe the items we sell.
However, we realize how difficult it can be to shop on-line, and judge sizes without actually seeing the product in front of you. That's why we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the following guidelines.

3. Click the order number for which you would like a return, scroll to the bottom of the page under Returns.
4. Click the bolded link that reads "request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)". Follow the instructions and submit your request.
If your return request is a valid request under our Returns Policy we will respond with an RMA number. The RMA number needs to be on your return.
Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be refused.
Clearance items are sold "as is". There are no returns or credits on Clearance items.
Please note: We do not claim to have mint condition items for sale, because your definition of mint may vary from ours. Although we try our best to package items well, please be aware that damage to boxes and/or item tags can and does occur during shipment. We do not ship out damaged items to our customers. However, we do not consider slight creases or dents in packaging to be damaged as long as the actual item is still intact and un-damaged.
We will send you an email confirmation after your order ships. If the chosen shipping method provides a tracking number it will be included in this email.
If you created a customer account during checkout, you may check the status of your order at our website. To check your order status, login to your account.
If you did not create a customer account during checkout you will not be able to access your order status.

We are now able to verify most international addresses, we will attempt to verify your billing address.
However, if our processor is unable to verify your address, we will email you and ask you to fax or upload a copy of your credit card bill/statement.
If we request documentation, please feel free to cross out any information you feel is of a personal nature, as we only need to see your credit card number on the same document as your name and billing address.
Our International customers are welcome to use the Paypal Service, as long as, your account is Paypal Verified and/or has a Paypal Confirmed Address.
Non-U.S. members can become Verified. To become Verified, log in to your Paypal account and click the Unverified link on the Account Overview page. This link brings up a checklist of what you must do to become Verified.

Consent to Jurisdiction and Forum Selection:
The parties hereto agree that all actions or proceedings arising in connection with this Agreement shall be tried and litigated exclusively in the State and Federal courts located in the County of Stark, State of Ohio. The aforementioned choice of venue is intended by the parties to be mandatory and not permissive in nature, thereby precluding the possibility of litigation between the parties with respect to or arising out of this Agreement in any jurisdiction other than that specified in this paragraph. Each party hereby waives any right it may have to assert the doctrine of forum non conveniens or similar doctrine or to object to venue with respect to any proceeding brought in accordance with this paragraph, and stipulates that the State and Federal courts located in the County of Stark, State of Ohio shall have in personam jurisdiction and venue over each of them for the purpose of litigating any dispute, controversy, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. Each party hereby authorizes and accepts service of process sufficient for personal jurisdiction in any action against it as contemplated by this paragraph by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to its address for the giving of notices as set forth in this Agreement. Any final judgement rendered against a party in any action or proceeding shall be conclusive as to the subject of such final judgement and may be enforced in other jurisdictions in any manner provided by law.
