International orders means any order originating from and/or shipping to any country other than the United States. Please read the following page carefully, feel free to email us with any questions. All international packages are shipped via USPS Express Mail International (EMS) or USPS Priority Mail International, are insured and must be signed for when delivered. Customs and Import Fees and Taxes: The buyer is responsible for any and all customs, importation fees and/or taxes that are imposed by your country. Customs and/or import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the shipping and handling fee charges by us. Those fees are imposed and collected by your country and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Customs policies vary by country, please contact your local customs office for more information.
If you refuse delivery of your order due to customs and/or import fees, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping to and from our warehouse. Packages that are undeliverable and are returned to us will require a new shipping charge to be re-sent. Please verify that your address is correct. Estimated Delivery Times: Approved orders normally are processed in 2 to 3 days. Priority Mail International: 8 - 12 Business Days
Express Mail International: 5 - 7 Business Days
Occasionally customs will hold up packages, this is out of our control.
Currently we ship to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, Uruguay and Venezuela. Tracking:
USPS Priority Mail International has delivery information limited only to major destinations. The only international mail service that offers full tracking is Express Mail International. Tracking information includes various scans as the item is enroute to the destination.
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: Please note:We can only ship to the billing address on your credit card or the Paypal Verified address on your Paypal account. This means any order with a billing address outside of the United States or with a U.S. billing address but a shipping address outside of the U.S.
International Customers - Payment Options: Credit Cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We are now able to verify most international addresses, we will attempt to verify your billing address.
However, if our processor is unable to verify your address, we will email you and ask you to fax or upload a copy of your credit card bill/statement.
If we request documentation, please feel free to cross out any information you feel is of a personal nature, as we only need to see your credit card number on the same document as your name and billing address.
Paypal: Our International customers are welcome to use the Paypal Service, as long as, your account is Paypal Verified and/or has a Paypal Confirmed Address. Non-U.S. members can become Verified. To become Verified, log in to your Paypal account and click the Unverified link on the Account Overview page. This link brings up a checklist of what you must do to become Verified. We apologize for any inconvenience, but unfortunately on-line fraud is very common and we find it essential that all orders, domestic and international be verified. Thank you for helping control credit card fraud. SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES: Our shopping cart calculates shipping and handling charges in realtime. However, VideoGamefigures.com reserves the right to increase the shipping fee, if the shopping cart quote is not sufficient to cover the USPS shipping charge. We will notify you if the shipping and handling charge needs to be corrected.
